GDP per head, PPP

Shown for context — not part of the ranking.

The UK's value for GDP per head, PPP in 2025: 53,993, unit international $ (constant 2021 PPP), against an EU27 median of 49,318. Source: World Bank Indicators (WDI and WGI), NY.GDP.PCAP.PP.KD, snapshot of 6 November 2026.

Gross domestic product per person, adjusted for price differences (purchasing power parity) and for inflation, in constant 2021 prices.

Caveat. Not part of the ranking: GDP counts profits that multinationals book in a country but send abroad, which inflates some countries' figures (Ireland most of all). GNI per head, which excludes them, is ranked instead.
